In today’s social climate, we may feel a drive to look for ways to improve our environment or personal life in some way. Yet we fall short of achieving the goals we set. 

Strengthening our connection between ourselves and others can only be done by first getting to the raw core of who we are as individuals. The foundational work required to build meaningful, solid relationship begins with you. Determine what your core values are, and then evaluate whether your schedule, presence, and behaviors align. 

Along the way, we will stop to reflect on your learnings and celebrate your wins. You will learn to invest in a holistic relationship with yourself, respect all seven parts of your wellbeing, and come to love yourself in the process. 

Organizations who partner with me will identify what core values are critical to their legacy as advocates for talent development of the workforce, regardless of industry. Which value(s) reflect their desire to develop their employees? How does that look in action? How well are their managers equipped to coach their team as learning leaders? Together we define the overall talent development strategy and roadmap, including internal stakeholders, target audience, metrics, and timeline to achieve these goals. A detailed project plan clearly defines ownership and responsibilities for the life of this partnership.
